Reconstruction Experts is a full service general contractor specializing in homeowner association reconstruction since 2001 with main branches located in Colorado and California. Our corporate office is located in Arvada near Denver, Colorado. Reconstruction Experts boasts the highest caliber of construction services, (reconstruction, restoration, renovation, remodel) for a wide range of projects from minor repair to major reconstruction. Our services range from work orders to multi-million dollar reconstruction projects for multi-family, single family and commercial properties. Following are general services provided by each division:
Large Projects: General contracting of multi-million dollar reconstruction projects consisting of complex scopes. Services include, among others, civil, structural, waterproofing, interior and exterior reconstruction, capital improvements, remodeling, tenant finishes and all general reconstruction.
Sub-Million: General contracting services such as general reconstruction, re-grading and drainage, concrete and asphalt, waterproofing, structural, foundations, crawlspaces, flashing, exterior reconstruction (siding, stucco, EIFS, etc.), trim, window, interior reconstruction (interior finishes, i.e. drywall, flooring, paint, texture), capital improvements and emergency services.
Insurance/Emergency Services: Emergency services including 24 hour emergency services, board-up, water extraction and drying services, thermal imaging investigations, fire restoration, microbial growth remediation, odor removal, residential and commercial carpet cleaning, debris removal, hazardous waste clean-up, crime scene clean-up, general reconstruction resulting from emergencies (exterior and interior), certified lead renovation, repair and painting.
Roofing Division: General roofing services such as complete removal and replacement, partial replacement, patching, flashing, vents, gutters and downspouts and communication with insurance adjusters.
