	Apartment Association of Southern Colorado The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado, AASC, began in 1970 as the Pikes Peak Apartment Association, to serve as the industry voice of multi-family housing. The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado is the area’s recognized leader in the rental housing industry.
	Community Associations Institute Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For nearly 40 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them.
	RMPCA Formed in 1989 to provide the Property Claims Industry a common group of professionals. The main purpose of RMPCA is educational opportunities that are industry specific.
	IICRC The IICRC is a nonprofit certifying body for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents over 3,320 certified firms and 35,000 certified technicians in over thirty-three countries.
	Crawford Contractor Connection Crawford Contractor Connection^sm is the industry’s solution for quickly and efficiently repairing residential and light commercial property losses. It takes all the stress, extra expense, and wasted time out of finding contractors and getting repairs completed on time.
	California Association for Community Managers Founded in 1991, CACM is the only organization in California whose membership is comprised entirely of community association managers and association practitioners. As such, it is the leading resource for California specific education, activities, products, services and networking opportunities to help managers and management companies achieve excellence in the industry.
	Colorado Claims Association The Colorado Claims Association is a non-profit professional group, working to provide its members opportunities for continuing education, forums for sharing work experiences and information on the latest technologies and legal issues affecting the claims industry.
