Full Project Description

The property consists of asphalt roads and back loading garages for each of the units. The repair scope included major civil restoration in that RE removed all of the asphalt roadways and several inches of soil to achieve the proper compaction. The project consisted of 5 phases that included daily coordination protocols with the residents due to restricted access to their garages.

• Extensive regrading for drainage, removing and replacing concrete driveways, removal and replacement asphalt roadways, and the installation of a below grade drain system
   - Removal of all of the asphalt and concrete drain pans, proper soil compaction and replacement of asphalt and concrete
• Building envelope repairs consisting of moisture management of the decks and stone and siding facade
