In the summer of 2012, RE was awarded the contract to complete extensive interior repairs and nishes while the property remained in construction defect. RE’s documentation processes were essential for tracking the repairs and noting deficiencies for the property’s ongoing case. In addition to the unique demands of working in a currently litigated high-rise, RE had to adhere to the strictest of schedules and adapt to their new lease commitments.
