Full Project Description

In the fall of 2011, the Board of Directors awarded Reconstruction Experts the repair contract for roof, dry rot, and plumbing repairs. The biggest challenge RE faced was the coordination of interior access for 280 units to complete the plumbing repairs according to the strict project schedule. With the implementation of RE’s communication approach, RE has maintained the construction schedule and are expecting to finish on time and under budget.
